I called Comcast today and was gonna try to wheel and deal to get my Internet turned back on.
1. I am a idiot and just had to push the button on the top of the modem. It was on all along! *duh*
2. They wrote off the old bill. I dont have to pay it!!! I paid half the bill now AND for $2.00 more a month I am getting a home phone on the 30th with UNLIMITED long distance to the states and Canada....AND for only $.10 a minute I can call England!! So I get to talk to my dear friend davy!! To anyone that knows me well you KNOW how important this is to me!!!
I am gonna count my minutes once I get the home phone and get rid of MOST of my minutes on my cell. This means that I will ONLY get txt messages on my cell...unless its an emergency DONT call it starting on the 30th!!!
ALSO I got my Night of the Living dead tattoo finished! Frank, my artist, doesnt want anything for it AT ALL! I threw him $20 for now and will give him more tho. God it hurt. i have nerve damage in my legs so the pain was almost unbearable. He thinks I am being a pussy (ya ya I kinda was
) but man oh man did it hurt! It looks so pretty now tho! Rick the artist at the other store is so hell bent on competing with Frank that he wants to do a phoenix on my arm. He usually charges $125 an hour but he is only gonna charge me $40 an hour! AND I can pay him a little bit every payday!!!
Now the REALLY exciting news. Ya I have to have ANOTHER surgery on my foot. But because I couldn't meet Aldremech last weekend he is gonna come out for his birthday and help take care of me!! Don't let that man convince you he is an asshole....he has a soft side....but only certain people are privileged enough to see it!
It feels so fantastic to be able to pay bills and not have to stress. I paid the cable bill, some on the phone bill (even tho its not my responsibility), some to my student loans and some to the doctors office! PLUS I even have a tiny bit to eat with! YAY!!!
Sometimes life works out and makes you realize that its not all dingle berries and shit...sometimes its flowers and giddiness!!!
