I SOOO found a new group for me! Well not entirely true. I was on the beautiful Abbisss page and she mentioned that she has taken over a new group. Shopaholics
Ya I so joined that group. I would rather not eat so I can go shopping!!

Thank you for all your well wishes for my friend. Friday he has a procedure that will make him feel so much better!
I am so lucky to have him in my life..he makes me smile!
Someday I will be able to actually meet him in person and give him the hug that he deserves.
Who knows...with me and my need to move I might actually get to spend some time with him...I guess dreams are what my life consists of tho..
My cold is not better today...not worse either tho.
I am gonna pay bills...and go shopping for some more cold medicine and Gatorade and such. Who knows...maybe a trip to Trader Joes to get some Cheese curds and I can attempt to make some Poutine. Ya know that stuff looks so damn gross but it really IS heaven in your mouth. Between that and Clodhoppers my taste buds were very happy. If they had any control over me they would have stayed in Canada.
so any ideas how I can make several grand in a hurry?

A story, hmmmmmmm since we are on the topic of quick money real fast, and that statue or limitations are surpassed here is one
Long time ago, back in my hermitage days i needed money fast. I went out early one morning with my chain saw and an ax. I cut a nice big veneer cherry tree, measured it in 10' 6" sections once it was on the ground. It produced 2 sections 10' 6". That night I rolled them into the resevior, lashed them together to make a raft. I then drug or paddled them 2.5 miles down the shore to a boat launch and stashed them. I returned real late that night with a car trailer, which i backed deep into the water. I then floated the logs onto the trailer and drove them to my land. I stashed them there for a few weeks, I then got a guy involved who agreed to combine them with his load cut legaly. The logs were then loaded onto a log truck and hauled to a saw mill. a few days later i got my check for $3200, half of the trees value.
I would have to be really desperate to go through that again but it worked!
