Crazy Clapping Tai Chi Man is, in fact, the most active on this day than I have ever heard him before. I attempted a nap for a bit only to be awoken by his sliding glass door being whipped open.. and SLAMMED closed again. OVER AND FUCKING OVER. I'm GOING TO KILL HIM. Right in the face. Also, it sounds as though he's kickboxing up there.. as well as yelling at people out the window randomly, clapping away. as;ldkfjapsodkjfasdf
Work was..... frustrating. *ahem*
This time of year is particularly pleasing to me, aside from the allergy problem. I am reminded of how pleasant this place can be given the right time of year. The soft breeze on your face, and you're reminded that it is not ALWAYS too cold for things to live here. (i.e.. you can hear birds.) It was a particularly interesting day for observing the downtowners. Business men and bums alike. I spotted a fellow in a full suit on rollerblades.. and someone who much resembled Mr. Noodle from Sesame Street jogging through the park (I recognize him as I have a niece and nephew who watch the show LOOKYOUDON'TJUDGEME!.... *ahem*). I am also reminded of how beautiful my park can be. A perfect view of the skyline.. merely three blocks away from the heart of downtown, yet right on the river with just enough space to make it feel peaceful. 'Peaceful' is rarely an adjective used to describe the city, but it fits this time.
HOWEVER. The ride home from work.. no bueno. Today seemed to be a day where everyone on the road was FUCKING NUTS. I seemed to have like SIX NEAR COLLISION type circumstances.. all from people NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT THE FUCK THEY'RE DOING. Apparently, it's outdated to actually LOOK before you change lanes or while backing up. Silly me, I must have missed the memo. CLEARLY, someone forgot the new coversheets.
The moment I got off work, seemed to be bombarded with offers for plans RIGHT THAT MOMENT. I turned them down as I wanted some time Kevin before I went out for the night, but alas! My Kevin is sleepy. I would be doing the same if it weren't for (right back to the start) Crazy Clapping Tai Chi Man.
*le sigh*
I should go. Dan will be here in a few moments, and I need to get dressed.
