Well,
I have started the process to the final countdown to getting to BC. It is going to be the end of June. I would like to be there for my birthday which is just two short days into July. I thought about what bonbon said, and she was right. I, however don't think that Vancouver is that small of a place...but the chances of me running into her there are slim to none. I have found that the time schedules that we would have would most likely prevent that...plus she moved, so for all I know she might be situated in North Vancouver near her friend. All I know is that for me personally, I need to go there for furthering my writing career. Plus, like I have said before I can sell crud on ebay for years and suppliment my living.
I have started to dump everything I own in an effort to get it down to a small u-haul trailer size to go. MY only real dilemma is that I have my cat and he is like family to me...I need to bring him with.
I have had two offers to buy my store already too. It is kind of scary in a sense...but hey all fears must be faced. I can actually still end up owning half of the store in both offers, which might be an option...as I have spent six years of my life building it up.
I know where I want to live, and if not there then I will be going to Victoria...though I think that Vancouver is the still the primary choice for me at this time (***special message for someone*** sorry...I know you are reading this...but it is the least congested for me right now.) In Vancouver, I can reclaim what was lost to me and not be distracted by the beautiful things that exist in my life. If only for a few months I would still like to do it. Victoria is always there after . I would like to stay in Vancouver until my next writer's conference in October.
I think that living there as of my b-day would be like a new re-birth. That is what I need.
As for the question that I was asked regarding what type of business do I own...I would really prefer not to say at this time. Perhaps in the future when the date is closer and things have come to happen, then I will.
