Hrmph. Self-medicating your problems away with excessive
drinking is a one way ticket to unwellness. Lucky for me, I am a very jovial drunk and more inclined to meeting new people this way, so perhaps I'll make a few new friends before sobriety rears it's pesky head again.
I ran into the girl who claimed that I "shredded her heart
with cognative dissonance" at an office party. She had
just returned from a month long trip to Europe and looked
amazing with her black hair with blue streaks and pink stilletos(notice twinge of self-pity here), but seemed sincerely
happy to see me and was welcomming of my deepest regrets over what became of our relationship. Oh well, I'll never learn.
Saw Phoenix last week at 330 Ritch-very much a letdown considering the brilliance of their first album. The opening
act-oh my God-let's just say should have stayed behind in France(West Indian Girl is the name folks and unless you like really poorly performed psychdelic music with grating backing vocals and too much bass, avoid at all costs).
I feel like starting a revolution, but can't seem to muster up the requisite anger to pull it off; I must be too nice/stupid.
I think I need a new profile picture; this one's kinda of creepy.

I'm somewhat of an apathetic revolutionary myself. Maybe we could phone one in.
