Yesterday was the best night out for a long time. I went to see a burlesque show - my first burlesque experience! - with some guys and girls from work. So much fun, we all really enjoyed it. It was the fabulous Miss Polly Rae and her Hurly Burly Girls - all super-hot and super-talented. Go see them if you have a chance!

Insomnia again. The house is quiet, the girls are sleeping. A tiring day, but mentally not physically, and the book I read in bed was not enough to bring me down and stop my mind buzzing. Tomorrow, I must be sharp and focussed, and concentrate hard. Something's gotta give.

Not exactly! (Although wouldn't I love to think so!!!) Carol's sets are pretty steampunk. Mitzi and Jetta have both worn goggles in sets before. And look at these Steampunk SG sets. Temper and Cherry's sets are pretty damn steampunk in my opinion. My set might be the first with an airship AND goggles though, two staples of the genre. Not to mention a top hat, brassy compass and book on steam-powered engines! So I like to think I've added something to the legacy.

hollistic cat foods have less grains in the (which cats really aren't meant to digest... they are meat eaters after all) and have less chemicals that actually shorten lifespans and my cause them to have problems with their coats, organs etc.
a lot of the more famous pet foods are actually some of the worst things you can give your pet. like science diet. i would sooner eat tree bark than give that stuff to my cats.
