The state of Arizona has passed a law requiring law enforcement officials to stop anyone that might look like they could be Illegal aliens, and provides that any citizen of Arizona can sue that official, local or state law enforcement entity if they fail to do so.
This law screams of unconstitutional overstepping of government powers. So where are the "Tea Partiers" now to protest this law, when just months ago they were screaming about the government Nazis taking away their rights? Could it be the Tea Baggers are aware that most undocumented workers (Usually from Mexico) have taxes withheld (but often not submitted by employers) from their wages even though they usually have no expectations of receiving benefits or tax refunds?
The easiest and cheapest way to stop the problem of illegal immigration is to announce that "all employers better have their employee paperwork in order within 30 days" and then start calling on businesses most likely to hire illegals and serving hefty fines or jail time to employers not in compliance. Illegal jobs would dry up and the US would be less inviting for illegals.
The reason this method has not been enforced is because corporations love having more people needing jobs than jobs to be filled. This keeps wages and labor costs down and profits up.
