'Mister Rogers' dies at age 74
Funny, I thought he would have been older than that... 74 really doesn't seem that old to me. Most of my grandparents lived much longer than that. My favorite uncle is about to turn 70 himself.
I used to LOVE his show so much when I was a little kid in Chicago. The idea that a toy train could disappear into a little hole in the wall and emerge in a whole other world fascinated me to no end.
And right now I really want to go out an buy some sneakers in his honor. Those really were some cool sneakers.
