I jumped on the Couch to 5K bandwagon at the beginning of this year. For the first nine months I struggled with one injury after another, but things started to get better a couple of months ago and I’ve been running fairly regularly since then. I did my first 10K run this morning. The first for 40 years or so anyway. Not the best time ever, I know. I found it hard work to be honest, but I’ve now got a time to beat... Something to aim for in the New Year!
