Thank you once again, @alexislust. This particular photo was from our Imbolc Story Walk... A family event where we walk just a mile or so through the woods, but stop several times to tell stories related to the end of winter and the coming of spring. I'm mostly part of a Border Morris (stick bashing) team, but I'm a storyteller too. I've been a wizard for the last few years and fancied a change this time around... I'm drawn to woods, streams and earth, so druid seemed like a good fit for me!

@richsquared... Thank you, sir!

@alexislust... This was taken as part of a project being done by a Brazilian photographer in the area where we live. It's just one of many images that I'm not at liberty to share fully just yet. I live in a village at the end of a valley and she wanted to take pictures of local people in their favourite places to be presented as part of an installation. Some of mine were taken in the woods and some were taken amongst gritstone outcrops on the moors nearby.

It sounds very interesting! When you have the opportunity, I would like to hear more about this project ❤️

I’ve been inactive for a while and I thought I’d share the reason why.

I was diagnosed with cancer earlier in the year and ended up having pan-proctocolectomy surgery to remove it. I had a right hemicolectomy five years ago, the first time I had bowel cancer, so this second operation was to remove what was left of my colon, my rectum, and my anus....

Exually, I talked with SG about it if as a hopeful I still can become a full SG girl, even with a colostomy bag showing. So in the next set I might not cover iit up any longer. I my solo pictures I've already posted with colostomy bag. I have no rectum or big intestines left and a large part of the small one is also taken out..... 46 surgeries and counting. It. Stated 30 years ago due to crohn. But now stable, and finally doing what I love. If you ever need advice or wanna talk about it, send me a DM.
moon_beast:
Thank you, @laverohq, you've obviously got a lot of experience and I won't hesitate to ask you if I need any advice. I'm glad you're now stable and able to model. Someone pointed out above that @askalex also has a bag that has featured in her photoshoots, so don't be afraid to show your own in future sets. Lots of love to you!

Difficult to say, @headshot... I did a beginner's class a couple of years ago, but then had a lot of time of due sports injuries of one kind or another. I go to class once a week now and have probably chalked up forty or so hours on the hoop altogether.

@MOON_BEAST It looks complicated. It's great to hear that you have been able to continue with your aerial hoop practice despite some sports injuries.

As I've said before, I'm really enjoying going to pole classes. This is me trying to be sexy whilst doing a headstand... Not that I have to try too hard of course! ;-)

It's still early days and I have everything to learn, but I'm loving going to pole classes. I have access to several really great teachers and my classmates are very helpful and supportive. Everything is new to me and I'm full of enthusiasm... Inversions are fun!

This is not very polished, but it was my first attempt at an inverted crucifix on the pole. I was amazed that I actually managed to pull it off... Quite proud of myself actually!

@MOON_BEAST Only in such an atmosphere is it worth being😉🧡

I totally agree, @headshot… I’m so lucky to have found such  a great studio to learn at! 🙂

Look, no hands... Still very early days, but I'm starting to get the hang of this pole lark (pun intended)!

yuuh:
You look great, I'd like to practice one day.😊

Thank you, @yuuh!

Having wanted to give it a go for several years, I've finally started Pole Dance lessons. I'm definitely the oldest kid in the class at sixty-two, but everyone is lovely and very encouraging. Can't say that I'm finding it easy (it's bloody hard work actually), but I'm really loving it!

This is me on week six of class...

I've started a thread called Cock Art in the Cockaholics group. I was playing with some old pictures in a new photo-editing app when the idea struck me and it's given me some childish entertainment over the last few weeks. I'm seeing it as an amusement rather than anything else, but am quite pleased with some of the results. I don't think anyone here will...

It's been a busy year for me and I've not really been on the site for months. Among more mundane things I've been trying new activities such as Aerial Hoop and Pole Dancing. I don't have a stock of pole pictures yet, but here are a few from my aerial hoop class... I've added a PRISMA filter just 'cause I like the effect!
