I watched this film recently and found it quite fascinating. It tells the story of how psychologist William Marston came to create Wonder Woman, under the pen-name Charles Moulton, in the early 1940's. It's a romanticised biopic, but is at least broadly true to the events as outlined in Jill Lepore's excellent book, 'The Secret History of Wonder Woman'... It features feminism, free-love, role-play, bondage, and many other issues deemed 'perverted' by our blinkered society. Highly recommended to admirers of Wonder Woman and free-spirits in general!
Jill Lepore's well researched book is a must-read for fans, too...
