I am just a danger to myself...No clue what i did, but my right hip is killing me...I'm walking with a very unsexy limp and i cant sit in one position to long...cant sleep on that side....ggrrr.....

if it's in the muscle i would actually suggest putting some heat on it followed by a good stretch. well that's what i recommend to my clients anyway...as for myself, i cure everything with booze.
