I suppose I should update seeing as I was pushing page four, (thanks al).

I also suppose I should let you all in on a little secret; I had a fucking great weekend and I feel GREEEEAT (no Nutri-Grain products implicated).

For the first time in a long time I was able to disappear, tell the world to fuck right off and do my own thing for the weekend. I didn't answer my phone, I didn't race, I didn't make more plans than I could possibly complete in a day...

I slept in, I drank coffee, I read the NY Times, I rode my bike, I laughed via intraweb with a rather witty young lady, I caught Hero with a lovely woah-man and then cut the evening short, I wash-rinsed-repeated for Sunday.

Big things are happening in this penut; change is a brewin' like Rick Moranis, eh Hosehead? Not becuase anything is wrong with the way things are, just becuase stagnation leads to impregnation... or something like that.

I'm not ready to get knocked up just yet.
