Well, that's interesting. I think I've seen those Baghdad tracks before (not in person! ...also Google Maps. I was looking for some point of interest in the news.).

And, although I'm not particularly interested in nail polish (although your brother and I did have our nails painted once by a little girl at a coworker's dinner party wink ), I clicked on that link. Also, I've always thought I should tip based on skill not custom. Like I tip a person who carries a plate of food from a kitchen to my table. 20% and up, but I don't tip the person at J. Crew who tells me what shirt will go with what pants, and on an on...a far more complex job if you ask me. I don't out of custom tip the barista who makes my Americano. Tipping is bizarre and thinking about it hurts my head.

Anyway, your absence is noted. But I hope you're having fun doing whatever you are doing.

My roommate was a barista and I totally admired her ability to remember so many different types of coffee and tea, and work at a heart bursting pace WHILE being super friendly to customers who are coming in BEFORE they've had their first cup of coffee. It's NOT an easy job. People not tipping is a travesty around here. Like there are always tip cups and jars and if you don't tip you're considered REALLY cheap. I try to tip a dollar on a $3.00 drink when I do buy a drink, and I make only $460/month. It's not hard guys. TIP Even if I can't really afford it, I'll give like THE REST of my change. It seems ridiculous not to tip because it's just common courtesy.
