Hey SG I know by now you must be sick of me talking about it but I can't help it anyway I've been training in it for 3 days a week just a little over 2 months now and loving every bit of it in yesterday's session was NO GI ground control session the last 10 - 15 minutes of the session we spar with each other and just from these last 2 months I've really noticed how far I've come along compared to when I first started cuz when you first do it you over think what you're going to do now I'm going more on instinct and muscle memory now a days and my stand ups coming along nicely my instructors really been singing my praises which is a really confidence boost 😃
