It was marmalade who was the devil and Elvis. Monet was the sweet little tortise shell cat. I had her even before Marmalade. Jazz left last year, so now its down to just Marm and me. Jazz died the same way, he just went to favorite spot and went to sleep. He was a month shy of 14 and he was the baby. I've been seeing that damned cat out of the corner of my eye all night.

Well, until now, I was always the one casting self doubt on myself when something in my past fucked up or a relationship went wrong. It's amazing how you suddenly have that "moment" where everything seems so much clearer and easier. I had that eye opening when I finally let go of my past and my past relationships and said to myself that it was okay to not be perfect, and it was okay to have certain flaws. It took me a very long time and a few fucked up relationships to FINALLY figure it out.
