I need new eyes.
Eyes that were designed to stare at a computer screen all day long.
A new brain might be nice too.
A brain that doesn't need human interaction to keep it from killing itself.
While we're at it, how about a new digestive system? Or maybe no digestive system at all? I know it will be possible.
I want a new fuel. I want fuel injection.
I need some highs to make the lows more tolerable.
I wouldn't ask for numbness, but balance.
As often as I want to slash my own wrists I should want to slash someone else's.

I sometimes feel the same way about zoos, but the zoo in Boston tries pretty hard to give the animals a naturalistic habitat. And I think that, in sociological terms, the point is to expose you to animals you never would have otherwise seen to give you a greater understanding and, hopefully, respect for your fellow creatures.
