Dear boss,
"It just bothers me that you don't agree with me," is not a valid point to make in an argument. The fact that I think what you did was morally wrong will not be changed by the fact that my opinion hurts your feelings. You are a bully, a drug addict, and entirely incompetent.
If I told your boss even a third of what I know about you you'd be screwed. Oh, wait. No you wouldn't, because she's your sister-in-law. So next time you're going on about how awesome you are at your job (you're not) remember that the only reason you still have that job is because you're working for family. No one else would put up with you.
Also, if I have words with you, please don't bring it up again 2 hours later trying to change my mind about it. You will not. And you just reveal the fact that you can't handle it when I'm not on your side. Don't give me power over you; it won't end well for you. I'm done with your shit.
As soon as I find a way to speak with someone above you in the company that's not related to you, things will get interesting.
