Those are really good tips. Sadly, I think the thing that prevents people from doing some of these simple things is money. Unfortunately it does cost a little bit more to buy locally rather than getting your produce at a WalMart supercenter, and it's hard for a lot of folks to see the value in the long run of spending a few cents more per pound for their broccoli.

super sick! I had no Idea that they hit PSU. I hate walking the park blocks during lunch time because of jerks like that. I work hard enough just to pay my bills, I'm shocked how these types of people keep staying afloat.
