as someone who enjoys studying human behavior, the whole "asshole culture" thing has fascinated me for a long time; but as someone who also lives in the real world, it gets on my damn nerves. you're right, it's ridiculous, and i have no idea why people feel the need to act that way. how does common decency get thrown to the wind and, like common sense become....not so common?

lol so true. it's just upsetting to me because i am SOOO shy and averse to confrontations, and i'm a really meek person on top of that. i just don't see how people can be so full of themselves, so inconsiderate....maybe it's my own complete and utter lack of self esteem, but it's mind boggling how people are so far up their own asses to look down on everyone, even if you make them choke on their words.
