Helles Belles is coming back to Fairbanks next month! We are going to take the kids this time and paaaarty!
I have started the real Algebra class, I have 8 weeks of hell ahead and nailbiting. I hope I can scrape out a C and then get on with my degree.
We are getting the land surveyed this next Friday, so my future son in law and I are going to help clear it. The surveyor said if we help it goes faster and he charges by the hour so it will be cheaper...hey I am all about keeping my hard owned money in my pocket.
Once we get it surveyed we will put in a culvert and a driveway. If it hasn't sold by then we will put in a well and just keep plugging away at it until we sell it or have built a whole house...then we will sell it. It is almost a 50 mile round trip to the property and back so arcticminx doesn't really want to live there. It would be a long drive in the winter...the snow tends to drift real bad and there are a couple places where the buffalo cross the road during migration.
