Holy fucking bean sack!
It has been a busy week or two or three.
Thanksgiving at my house is always a big deal.
This year we had 25 people over.
Mostly (if not all) family!
Holy bejesus batman! that's a lot of people!
So for the week before thanksgiving i was UBER cleaning my house.
my room, my upstairs, raking my lawn, cutting down trees.
And let me tell you... Cutting down a tree with just a Hatchet is No easy task!
It's not that my arm was getting tired... it was my hand. MY hand was cramping up.
I had to stop and let my best friend take over because for about 5 minutes i couldn't take my hand out of this clutched position from holding the hatchet.
My best friend and I also smashed up some TVs. (I wanted to use them in a photo shoot, but my dad wanted them gone before thanksgiving) So.. we smashed them up good!
I have some pictures being developed, I'll post them once i get them back.
The initial noise a TV makes as it's being beaten down by Maul is very interesting. It's a snake-like sound that almost sounds as if it were to explode. Like at the end of Mission Impossible (the tv show.. NOT the movie) where the tape would self destruct and billow out white smoke.
It reminded me a lot of that!
Anywhoo... What else was fun?......
OH YES! My Boys!!!
I love them so.
I have 2 nephews and they are just the cutest little guys ever.
they make me want to go out and spread my seed all over the place. (in a good way)
I wanted 12 children of my own someday... but these kids seal the deal. They're awesome!
I was reading to one of them... and the other one was reading to me!
The kid is Only 4 years old and he's reading at a 1st grade level. by the end of March he'll be reading @ 2nd grade level.
(I guess that's what you get when your sister/their mom is an english teacher)
Paying for school is a bitch, but it's happening so i can't complain. I have to sign up for classes as soon as i'm paid off and i think i'm going to take photography here. ...... at least... i want to do it again.. it's been so long.
I've been working alot.. but now i have the week or so off. I have a wedding to go to in the Detroit area.
If any of you are in Utica, I'll be at the Hyatt Place Hotel. hahaha.
But seriously.
Anywhoo... besides beautiful and smart little boys, turkey day, working, and school... what else is there?....
Well... I'm guessing most of the country pretty much hates the New England Patriots right now.... 11wins & 0 losses.
I'd be a bit upset too if i were another team and couldnt score on them.
Oh well.
C'est la vie!
in the past 2 days I've watched 4 movies... which is quite an accomplishment for me.
there was....
A Night at the Museum...... Not a factual representation of The Museum of Natural History!
Lady in the Water.............. I wasn't expecting a super plot twist, just a fantastical sort of story, so i wasn't disappointed, unlike a lot of people i got reviews from about it.
Accepted........................... THAT is the kind of school i want to go to. It's kind of like a Montesorri school.
Santa Claus: The Movie!..... freakin lame ass lolli-pops! Jonathan Lithgow was way better than Dudley Moore.... let me tell you!
and today.. I'll just be kicking back and doing a whole lot of nothing. Already went to class... soo....
PEACE OUT CUB SCOUT!
