Good to see a fellow culinarian here. Good question as to why we're fucked up in the head. I left a profession that let me set my own schedule, have weekends and semester breaks off, and paid three times what I'm getting now... what the fuck is wrong with me? Good thing I love what I'm doing. Cheers, and remember... for every hungry bartender, there's a thirsty chef.
