... is the devil! lol but seriously I'm out of shape when it comes to cardio. Finally adding that into my routine and went back to the gym for 20 minutes on the stair master and I feel dead.... Well I did also do legs today but still. I feel pathetic letting myself get this out of shape. But the now is always a good time to start fixing that issue.
