and my damn computer broke and spent 12 hours figuring out what was broken and now if i can't take it to the Mwave company tomorrow It will be like 2 weeks before its fixed and up and running again. :( That was an annoying day.

eating the right types of food more often like throughout those 4-5 meals is supposed to help increase your metabolism which there is a big thing going on about if that is true or not. So i'm not 100% sure on that one.

I keep saying I'm going to try to post something like once a month but we've seen how that goes. lol
