my cat is breathing into the crook of my elbow.

the other good thing about today is we saw Walk the Line, which quite exceeded my expectations, and consequently I will be listening to nothing but Johnny Cash for the next, like, six months.
you think I'm kidding, but I'm probably not. I'm that kind of dork. I'm all kinds of dork. I also have no reason to be awake at the moment.
and maybe that's why I am awake.
I'm happy. it was a really good day and shit has been left behind for the moment even though it's increasingly likely that I will lose the more well-paying of my two jobs because it turns out I AM still going to Ireland in January.
my leave of absence may require a trip to court before it gets OK'd, whatever, don't want to think about it.
if anyone wants to buy a really nice, hardly used motorized wheelchair (like the Hoveround, which you can take to the edge of the Grand Canyon, if the commercials are any indication).. let me know, because, it's worth hella cash and I'm wicked poor and other such colloquialisms.
have you all heard that I'm an ENGLISH major?
eyeroll eyeroll eyeroll BYE
with kisses
and no regrets.
