I had a second round interview at my company for a management position. I had an anxiety attack prior. A stupid anxiety attack. I felt so intimidated because the interview seemed geared towards highlighting my lack of formal leadership experience.

I feel so discouraged. Maybe I'm playing out side of my league... Maybe this is all I can be. Boy doesn't that suck a whole lotta ass.
