Off to New York for a few days tomorrow. My friends Ludo and Julia are opening an art gallery there, so we're having an opening party. Really looking forward to it - and staying at the Hotel Chelsea too, which has been on my list for ages. Ludo and Julia are the ones who own Spot Dog - see pics. He's emigrating to New York next month - he even has a doggy passport with his photograph in it!
Went to see Babel a couple of nights ago... on my own, as I'd just had an almighty argument with my girlfriend who refused to come and see it (even though it had been her idea in the first place). She keeps doing this. It really pisses me off. Anyway, it's a fantastic film. Quite long - well over two hours - but totally engrossing. Bit sad though...
New View album arrived this morning. Been listening to it whilst working. It's good - but I have to say Wasted Little DJs is still my favourite track, even though there's some other good stuff on the album. Also been listening to The Automatic...
