I sat at home last night and played tambourine along to Spoon and Acid House Kings. It is harder than you might think.

I will be in San Francisco next Saturday and Sunday. Subrosa has been kind enough to agree to get drunk with me at 8am. A true friend. I miss these folks something awful as well:

AHK's tambourine duties are so, er, rigorous that they actually have to trade off between songs during the live set. Something about wearing down the wrist muscles and left thigh bones, I think.

I hope Austin was nice.

Awh, lucky you! How is it you get to do so much fun traveling?

Right now the sneakers exist only as a picture on the boy's machine. Once they get here, I'll post pics.
