Hey there SG!

Gosh, it certainly feels like ages since I've blogged. My apologies for being absent.

Since losing my job, I've been in a weird place, uncertain of what I've been wanting to do with myself. I've taken the time to figure out a new me, and have shifted my focus into my artwork and doing twitch. If you didn't know, I do the SG twitch every tuesday at 7pm pst! I also have my own channel which I stream a variety of games and creative. If you haven't stopped by, I'd love to see you and talk to you! So definitely stop by! :)

But as I was saying, I've been focusing on finding a new direction for myself. I used to put all my energy into my job and now that it's gone...I felt kinda lost. I've spent time creating artwork and working with new mediums and materials. Kind of trying to figure out some new styles. Some I like, some I dont. But it's been good for me to focus on my art.

I spend a lot of time lurking here. I don't say much but I browse the photo sets daily and read comments in groups. I also creep on many girls pages because so many of them are just so beautiful and inspiring. This is why I love sg. When I have a bad day, I can just sit here and browse and I know something will put a smile on my face.

I haven't blogged in awhile, despite people asking me to. I really do apologize. I'll be honest, I just haven't been myself and didn't have much to say. But I'm slowly coming back around.

I'm going as Rey for halloween, not my first choice but I already have the cosplay so it makes it easier. My husband is stealing my darth revan cosplay and going as him....pretty sad we can wear each other's clothes lol. My niece decided she wanted to go as pikachu....I'm so proud of myself that I finally got her into pokemon....we are just a few steps away from comics! I did take her to her first con in august....she had so much fun and now wants to cosplay. So I'm taking her to another con in decemeber, she's going to go as amethyst from Steven universe. So I'm helping her make the cosplay. I'll be going as tracer from overwatch...assuming I get my cosplay completed in time.

I'm also headed to disneyland in December. I've never been during the holidays, but I hear the whole park is decorated so I can't wait to see that. Taking my niece as well and she's excited.

I've shot some side stuff with @zen and I have new set coming out in a little over 2 months shot by @milloux. Super excited for that set!

Haha this seems to be getting deep into the literary side of the SW realm... I must admit you have the advantage over me there.  Beyond the original film trilogy I have not invested much time in the SW realm. |||You're saying they are more animalistic in nature relying more on their "lizard brain" rather than their "higher brain"?  That's interesting...||| So they are not inherently evil, but they do seem to be used a lot by the empire to further their goal of absolute control of the galaxy. Given that though, they do seem to be used for evil more than they are for good wouldn't you say?||| So then why do they allow themselves to be used for nefarious purposes so often, I wonder, and does knowingly doing so not make the label of "evil" well earned?  (of course granting, that good and evil/bad are subjective to an extent) Then again, I was under the impression that there could only be 2 Sith because they would seek out and destroy each other (perhaps I am just remembering the Sith Lord arrangement).  So it would be unfair to say that all Sith are evil, it is rather that the movies tend to focus on the "Evil Siths" as their antagonists.|||| Zombie seems a bit unfair, no? (but I probably think that because I have several nicknames that allude to me being an emotionless robot simply because I defer to logic and reason over emotion).|||  I didn't know they kidnapped the children, I thought they got permission before sending a child to the temple... That is news to me, would definitely tarnish the image... ||||| Interesting information||||So it is more a Soldier/Mercenary situation or probably more accurately a Samurai/Ronin situation. Where one lives by a strict code and the other goes on to do their own thing, whether it is roaming around helping people, becoming a sword for hire or in some cases a criminal.
