Hey SG!!
You may have noticed I wasn't around too much this week...mostly because I had horrible service on my phone since I was out of town. I spent the week at Disneyland/California Adventure! My family took my 9 year old niece there since it was where her mom promised to take her for her birthday....sadly her mom, my sister, passed in Feb this year, so as a family we decided to keep the promise and take my niece to make sure it was fulfilled and made it a family event. My niece has special needs also, so it was important this trip happened..... My niece had a blast and so did I!!
Let the photo dump commence!!!....
On the "Luigi's Flying Tire" ride from Cars. I love that movie! These were HOVER bumper cars....you have to lean to the right, left, forward, and backward to get them to move in that direction! Was super fun!
If you couldn't tell, it was also windy lol...hair in my mouth!
"Toy Story Mania" ...a 3D shoot em up ride which also tallys your score against others on the ride...yup, I had the highest score with 190,800 :)
TIGGER!! :)
Just entering the park....familiar sight for anyone who has been to Disney before..
Eeyore....one of my favorite characters.
Pluto gave me a kiss!
Eeyore reaching for a hug from me ;)
Pooh!!! OH BOTHER!
DJ....he put on quite a show in the middle of the street. Played some fun music and got the crowd to join.
Chip and Dale.....Dale was totally flirting with me >.<
Lightning McQueen from Cars....this was the PIxar Parade...was so cute!!
Sully...Monster's Inc
Tow Mater :)
Yes....they actually had the Iron Man basement in there with all the Mark suits.....YES PLEASE!!
Toys!! I got to pick two from this wall!! :) Got Stitch and Dumbo :)
And yes, if you follow me on instagram you would've seen this....my hubs (as I call him even though we aren't married...yet) proposed to me at Disneyland during dinner. Pretended there was something in his mashed potatoes and it was my ring >.< What a nerd!! I got super red and teary....we have been together 4 years already and it was a total surprise. The ring was passed down from my mom...it was the ring my dad gave her when he proposed. So it means even more!
Our last day at the park. California Adventure. It will be a trip I'll never forget.
XoXo
