I read some where they were doing a prequel to Jin Roh awhile back but I they said it was supposed to be released in 2009 (though I haven't heard much from it since). I'll have to check out Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann if it every comes out on streaming NetFlix (that's how I watched both Golgo 13 and Desert Punk).
I get to see the lady this weekend. So looking forward to it. Its been far too long in my books!!!
