Well, updating at 12:38 on a weekday can mean only probably a couple things- I'm sick (or faking it to not go to work) or something happened with work that I'm not there. Today, it's the latter- I made an error with some paperwork and it's sort of the workplaces policy that if you eff up the paperwork (only certain things though) you go home for the day. Somehow this is a punishment. The only thing I lament about it is that I'll be missing about 4 hours pay on the next cheque, but really, sending me home only screws over the other people in the warehouse who will be a man short for today, which could really suck if things were busy. I on the other hand, am sitting around all freshly showered watching Star Trek reruns. Funny how things work out like that. So now that I'm home and its during business hours, I have like umpteen things I could be doing, like calling revenue canada about a fuck up they made with my taxes, going to get a catcasn scheduled so I can be cleared to fight in the city (some wierd boxing commission regulation in the city) or heck, just being outside and enjoying the sunshiney day. These are things that I *should* be doing, but I will most likely only get one of them finished, if that, and then spend the rest of the time before I hit the gym today sitting around reading comics and goofing around. One thing too, is I might enjoy the day so much that I want to go to work tomorrow even less- which is a feat in itself, but perhaps that would motivate me to polish up the ol' resume to go out and snag a vocation that involved something quasi-cerebral.

Well, I tried very hard to not think about going back in tomorrow. It sort of worked.
