The computer is functioning again...HexX so kindly re-installed the entire system for me today. Only option, and not too big of a deal since I keep all my important things on another harddrive...except for my game save files....damnit!! My save files!!! *cries*


Tonight I spent about an hour trying to solder HexX's glasses back together. I was finally successful after shaving off some more of the paint...lovely burns I have from this adventure too. I haven't soldered in a couple years...plus I'm just a clutz as it is


Hmm....Impending Christmas doom....the constant music, the frightening animatronic Santas that sound evil because their batteries have been worn down...it's that special time of year that should celebrate the consumer whore. I never feel more guilty than I do at this time of year. Not buying presents...or feeling as though a present that I have bought is too cheap, or not good enough. Eventually all those commercials start to creep into your mind...telling you that your presents aren't good enough unless they're an IPod or a cell phone.

All will be well though; I have come up with a solution. Ipods and cell phones for everyone!! ....I will make them out of construction paper...with macaroni for buttons, and spagetti as an antenna....multi-coloured glue, sparkles...the magic of Christmas will make them real (at least that's what all the Christmas specials taught me...).


Eh hem...time for bed...then tomorrow....Harry Potter *gleem*
