I can totally relate to where you're coming from. Half the time I get those despair feelings thinking that no matter what I do isn't worth it, because I will somehow get fucked over in the end even if I try to make things better.
The best advice I can give (though itmay or may not be helpful) is to try and focus on something small. Look at smaller bites rather than the big picture. It's the only way I ever manage to gain any momentum. I hope it helps
