Ugh this has been tough week. I don't know if it's the end-or-the-semester blahs, the change in the weather (assuming it lasts), or maybe me coming down with something. Maybe my biorythms are off.
But for the entire week I've been lethargic and have had no desire to work. Fortunately for me, I've been ahead at work, so I'm not falling behind. But that will end pretty quickly if this spell of laziness keeps up.
The REAL reason, more than likely, are two new distractions at home.
1. The long-awaited release of George R.R. Martin's fourth book in the Song of Ice and Fire series, A Feast for Crows. I'm not a huge fan of most SciFi and Fantasy, but he is a very gifted storyteller who has gripped me through the whole series to this point. It's not your typical fluffy sword and sorcery stuff...it's very dark, low fantasy, and very political. Right up my alley. 750 pages of wholesome goodness.
2. The release of Football Manager 2006. You footy fans need no explanation of the addictiveness of this game. I'm playing Dundalk, a lower-division Irish club at this point. I started without a job and took what was offered. Hopefully I won't be in Ireland long.
Movie recommendation: Go see Good Night and Good Luck. Very good stuff!
On a positive note, I was tickled to see new sets from Blyss and Bettina, two of my favorite SGs, pop up on the same week.

Good Night and Good Luck was really impressive. I guess this movie going experience was better than your last one.
