I lost about 5 lbs, but it all comes back when you start eating. It is a deprivation fast and you only really consume about 600 calories per day so it comes off quickly. You did better than I did! I felt really good after 5 days and decided that I was ready to start back with the food. Congrats to you for sticking with it though!
