so i think i want to give up alcohol for a while. it only makes me fatter.

also makes me think about things/people who i dont want to.

i just want a fresh start somewhere, but i dont wanna run away. guess i'll have to

Maybe if you give up booze it will give you the fresh start you need without running away?
Are you feeling so lonely because you are hoemsicj fro Canada?

One of my friends gave up booze recently and he felt much better for it. He lost weight too.

He tends to over do things, so for him its all or nothing, but I cut down my alcohol intake a lot when I wanted to slim down a bit. I can do things in moderation, which he can't, but staying dry makes for good sleep.
