Thanks for the birthday wishes.

You know what else I like? Spring. It's awesome. I always say that whatever season it's changing in to is my favourite season, so I think my favourite season is the change between them. For spring, I love going out for walks again and going to the park with my family. And of course - barbeques! Everything tastes better barbequed.

So I'm back from an emergency appendectomy.

And even though I had it bad, the woman in the bed next to me was pretty much dying. She was moaning and gasping the whole time I was there. Her son and husband came in last night to try and get her to eat, without much success.

How was your weekend?

So it's 2010. That's like ... the future, man.

We're visiting family for Christmas, so I'm not around. See you next week!

I enjoyed the concert, though the sound wasn't so great. It was partly due to being an outdoor concert, but I really think the person in charge of the sound didn't quite get everything right. I'd definitely see them again, and hopefully get better tickets next time.
