I'm going insane. It's 5:18 in the morning and I'm tired as shit but I can't sleep. This has been going on for months now and I'm getting sick of it. When I finally do fall asleep it's 7 or 8 am and I end up sleeping till 3 or 4. . .yea that's 8 hours but I can't keep sleeping my life away. I've missed pretty much every day of the past few months. . .I only wake up in time to get ready for work . I can't keep living like this. I'm seriously going insane!


However, sometimes I can't sleep cause I have major anxiety. Maybe yu have an anxiety issue you are not aware of? I just take xanax for mine but maybe you could try talk therapy or something?
