so today, i went on a total impulse shopping spree. well, maybe not entirely impulse since i've been thinking about this for months.. but suddenly at 3 pm, i left my office, walked a few blocks to the apple store, and bought myself an iPod, 2 firewire cards, a slick leather holder, and $600 later, i found myself with the ultimate portable music device. 20 GB of it. i love it. tonight after work i went out to dinner with the rockstar folks, and i found myself either touching it, or playing breakout, the entire time. oh what fun!
