Thursday - Day 6
Two of us broke our bindings today. You know you had a good day when you end up breaking something. Verbier is awesome! It's a very modern, expensive resort. The mountain is huge and I think we're all finally riding the way we should've been all week. Frontsides, backsides, and a few too many upside down sides. Today was the kinda day when you get to the lift, you strap out and rush to get right back on cuz you just had the best run ever and you can't waste any time to top it. We did make one mistake at the end of the day by deciding to ride down from the midstation instead of taking the gondola. We dropped into powder and my legs told me to fuck off and turned into a couple of noodles. I tumbled several feet and then finally ended up on my back covered in snow and just laid there looking at the sky listening to New Order for several minutes til my legs didn't feel like butter. I took the cat track down after that.
Now it's 6 pm and I'm laying in bed waiting for the tylenol to kick in and then hopefully check out some nightlife here. Bars and clubs are everywhere and our hotel is right in the middle of it. Although right now I'm wondering how the hell we went out in Whistler every night last year, cuz I am *torched*. How did we do that Nat?
It's almost 2 am and I'm officially wasted for the first time this trip. Every cute girl I talked to was probably ten years younger than me. Bad Jerry. Haha. That's all I have to say cuz I'm too drunk to type.
Current level of body pain: Medium (walking hurts, steps are my enemy, bed is my friend)

You best come visit this season, 'cause there's plenty of nightlife and barely-legal girls here, too.
