I finished two more VooDoo Dolls. Although my ultimate goal is to make 200 for some sort of art installation, I made these two specifically for a couple of friends because they will be providing a place for me to crash next week during my vacation. Whoo! Vacation!
Speaking of blogs, which we weren't but I'm not all that great at transitions, one of my students sent me a friend invite on MySpace. I honestly don't know what to do. I may have discussed some rather sensitive material on there, but I'm honestly not all that concerned about my skeletons (hence the fact that I keep all of my blogs public). I'm actually more concerned about the politics of having a student as one of my MySpace friends - something weird about professional/personal boundaries. Granted, he is not currently in my class, and, since he just left on his externship, I won't be seeing him at the school until graduation. Nonetheless, he is still technically a student at the school. I'll probably end up accepting him as a friend, and I will be careful about what I say. No bitching about my job on MySpace, I guess.
