I’m sitting in the bath soaking my bones.
In contrast to everyone else, I’ve been slacking on my goals more in the first week of 2024 than I did all year in 2023. I haven’t been productive. I haven’t been active. My gym membership is starting to grow moss.
I’ve done nothing except eat garbage and play Baldur’s Gate. My sleep schedule is out of whack. I was at wrestling practice the other day and was too winded to finish the drills.
(I’ve also been sick.)
I need to learn to focus. It’s the thing that always eluded me. I want to shoot a new SG set, I want to get in the wrestling ring for real this year, I want to make enough to invest in my retirement.
I want to finish writing some things I have drafts of and have been sitting on.
I want to break old habits.
Any tips for this little ADHD goblin?
