Thanks for the well wishes, guys. I'll respond to all of them when I'm feeling better.
The extraction surgery (for those who don't know, I was donating my eggs to a couple that can't bear their own children) went well. They got way more follicles than they thought.
So I am waiting to hear back on whether or not there is a positive pregnancy for my recipient couple...please keep your fingers crossed.
However, I am now suffering from severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. It's a fairly rare condition, and a very painful one. It may lead to even more surgery for me, so keep your fingers crossed that I don't have to go through that again...because the extraction HURT. A LOT.
Here's what they did (Warning: Don't click the spoiler if you're eating)

So now I'm in a lot of pain. It hurts to breathe, talk, eat, sleep, walk, sit, or do anything. It really, really hurts to laugh.
I think I know what hell feels like now.
This entry brought to you by a severe absence of painkillers.
xoxo

I am sure you will be far too busy this weekend to talk to me but perhaps I will try to call and I will email you for sure. I would very much love to hear from you.
Come live in my bed. You are more cuddly than the meanyface cat that scarred my arms.
