Life is strange. I started lifting two weeks ago and I can feel a change in me already. I have always loved cross fit and cardio but the lifting is giving me muscles. My goal is to get good at pull-ups. My nemesis. I am tdy next week and I'm looking forward to it. This hurricane better not jack me up.
