My grandma passed away yesterday afternoon. She lived a full life. She had been without her soulmate for 7 yrs. She was very ill and in pain. Her wish was to be with my grandfather again.

She was not only my grandma, but they both had been dear friends. I was their favorite grand child. They were 2 of my most favorite people - and will always be.

I am devastated. But happy she is at peace.

I love you grandma - and will truly miss you.
