hola
read your comment in stock's journal.
my first ever batch of homebrew is currently fermenting. im pretty excited.
you have any tips on making good brews? i just bought kit with the hopped marley and what not for the first batch.
cool, thanks.
i tried to be as sterile as possible.
during the boil, i wasnt paying attention and it boiled over. i think i lost about half a gallon on the stove top. hopefully that will just make the brew be a little less potent right? or did i maybe burn off some important imgredients?
also i wne out today to check on it and the valve wasnt really bubbling at all and i could see a whole bunch of whit looking sediment at the bottom. should the release of gasses slow down? (this is day #5 of fermenting)
and i do like dark beers (Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada is what i normally drink at home), thats what i was hoping to get.
