I'm actually making an effort to get into better shape. I've cut out sugar, fatty stuff and other junk foods. I'm also keeping the portion sizes down.
I'm also doing crunches!
I saw a mag in the checkout line yesterday. It was one of those "People" type magazines, but in spanish. They had a male model on the cover. He was reclining in the bed with his hands on top of his head.
It occurred to me that his arms looked way too thin (underveloped) to go along with the well defined six pack that he was sporting. Upon closer examination I discovered that his abs were, in fact, drawn on with make-up. (I did study theatrical make-up design in college.)
Stuff like that makes me feel a little better about the way I look.
Well, time for more crunches.
