Today, I go to the doctor. Why? My anxiety took me over and I had a major meltdown on Sunday. Stable people don't break down in fear and start crying non-stop until they leave the building. I'm coming to accept the fact that I need to be on meds and most likely counselling as well.

I wasn't always like this. I used to work and travel across the country without hesistance. I want that woman back.
